Re: Letter of Commendation for Tye Sanders, Ken Sifford, Anthony Tod, Benny Gonzales
Dear Mr. Rosa:
As you’re aware, Product Development Engineering (PDE) recently completed the monumental task of moving 450 people around within Building 3.
We had a timeframe of 3 months to complete this task, and it took the work of many dedicated individuals to meet our deadline. I write to commend you on the critical role that your team played in accomplishing this goal. Without the help of the above-listed individuals, we would not have had a successful move.
Each Friday we had a move of 60-70 people and your team made sure that we had no interruption to the workflow for people in their new locations. This task required them to come in on weekends, work late, and often troubleshoot issues that I didn’t anticipate since I was new to my role.
Not once did anyone complain, not once did anyone say no – they offered to help; they were positive and responsive, and at all times, they were professional, even in the wake of some internal customers who did not offer them the same courtesy. I never observed anything less than a willing and positive attitude from all of these guys, and the answer to anything I needed was always, “no problem.”
It is difficult to describe in words how much all of us sincerely appreciate the work of this team, and it speaks very well of Electra Link. In short, we couldn’t have done it without Tye, Ken, Anthony, and Benny.
These gentlemen are an asset to Electra Link, and a tremendous asset to all of us in PDE at AMD.
Thank you for all that was accomplished because of these great employees.
Best Regards,
Christine M. Brown

Robert,
I want to thank you for the great job Electra Link did in taking care of the project for VMware in Austin. The word I have received is that everything was complete and ready for the move in. Phil was helpful and took control of the project. I really appreciate that when I can’t be there myself.
I hope we can have the opportunity to work together again.
If there are any outstanding issues with VMware Corporate, please let me know.
Thanks again,
Jim Rawson

Hi Chuck et Al,
I want to say “Thank You” for an outstanding job with the Austin4 relocation project. You, your team and crew went beyond mine (and my team’s) expectations. From helping us move some of the gear from the ADC to providing last minute support, you all delivered promptly and professionally. I don’t have Brad’s email address but please extend my gratitude to him in orchestrating the onsite logistics.
You all have truly defined what “Great Customer Service” is all about.
Many thanks for all your help and efforts! Best regards,

I would like to take the opportunity to thank and compliment Electra Link for the high quality of their work over this past school year at Lake Travis ISD./
I have utilized Electra Link's network cabling services several times this year, for projects ranging from new installations to discovering and remediating segments of our existing cable plant. I have been consistently impressed witht the attention to detail, quality control, and performance of both the infrastructure and technicians that Electra Link employs.
Lake Travis ISD will continue to seek the type of standards-based, scalable network infrastructure that Electra Link has helped us to build this year, and we will rely on the quality installation techniques and documentation provided to us by your company to ensure that this infrastructure is manageable and supportable over time.
I would be happty to recommend Electra Link to other districts or organizations for their infrastructure cabling needs.
Sincerely,
Sean Casey

Ben:
Just a quick note of positive feedback regarding my most recent servers being racked by Hector Martinez at Electra Link. Hector communicated with me prior to the serever installation to clarify a point that I left off of the ISSR. Today when completing the installation of the server, Hector again contacted me regarding the powewr state preferred post installation. When I typed into the Same Time session, a request for the ILO details on the tag hanging from the front of the server, the reply came that he had already included the information in an email he was sending me. OUTSTANDING job. Hector historically has delivered performance that has exceeded my expectations and this is yet another example.
Thank you.

Subject: Electra Link Support for B2B Moves
Hi Everyone,
I wanted you to know that this weekend was the largest move we have done so far ( 17 connections, 9 devices ). It is also the smoothest move so far. Mike Sladek and Judd Sanders of Electra Link were outstanding. And Hector Martinez also did a lot of the preliminary work.
All in all, this is the best cabling/move crew I have seen. They should be congratulated on a job well done.
Thanks,
Kyle
