Electra Link’s Austin office is proud to announce that it is nearing completion of the voice/data cabling project at the new manufacturing plant for Caterpillar in Seguin, Texas. A Commscope solution is being used in the 1-million square foot project.

Electra Link is proud to be performing work for the Lone Star College System at two of its locations in Houston. The installation of network cabling is underway at the new Greenspoint Campus on the third floor in the lab areas. Work is ongoing at the new HP North Campus where ELI is installing the entire network cabling infrastructure in a majority of buildings 12 and 13. Both projects include Systimax solutions.

Electra Link is proud to be awarded the maintenance contract for the Texas-based supermarket chain, HEB. Electra Link handles the company’s network structured cabling work for all 280 locations through-out the state. This work is ongoing.

A complete renovation of the network cabling infrastructure at the Texas School for the Blind is underway. Electra Link's Austin office was awarded this project and a Systimax solution is being used. Security work is also included in this project and is being performed by Electra Link team members through-out the campus.

Electra Link's Austin office is installing a new cabling network system through-out the Austin Independent School District. A Systimax solution is being used in the $1.6 Million project, which is expected to be complete in August of this year.

Electra Link's Dallas office is currently installing structured cabling and physical security at the Collins Technology Center in Richardson, Texas. Digital Realty Trust is redeveloping the campus, formerly owned by another company, into a data center park. AMAG Technology is being used in the security installation and Commscope cabling was chosen for the telecommunications portion.

Electra Link recently completed work in Plano, Texas for one of the worldest largest Communications Group. Publicis chose a Commscope Uniprise solution for the telecommunications portion of the new office. Publicis is a new customer and ELI looks forward to continuing this partnership.

The installation of the network structured cabling system is nearly complete at the Vinson and Elkins Law Firm in Dallas, Texas. Electra Link's Dallas office was chosen for this project by the first-time customer. A Systimax solution is being used in this voice/data project.

This year is a very special time for the Electra Link family. We are proud to celebrate 25 years of serving you as the region's top structural cabling provider in commercial, industrial and offshore construction.
Electra Link, Inc. was started on May 6, 1985 as a 2-man operation by Company President and Founder, Ernie D'Antoni.
The family, as D'Antoni calls it, has grown to nearly 350 employees with offices in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and the corporate office in Spring, Texas.
Integrity, hard work and quality are just a few of the values that keep the family together, as the average tenure of most team members is close to ten years.
When asked what is most important as the leader of the company, D'Antoni said "Without a doubt, taking care of my family, because family is hard to replace."
Electra Link's success in the installation of network cabling infrastructure eventually lead to the birth of the Audio/Visual integration and Physical Security Divisions. The company was able to branch out while still maintaining the same integrity, quality and dedication.
