Customer Service:

Electra Link provides 24/7 coverage with 4 to 48 hour response time.

• Electra Link also offers additional services which includes on-site personnel and customer contracts based on customer needs.
   
• Separate Service Department maintained to handle miscellaneous and service related work.
   
• Project Manager employed to ensure all projects meet customer, industry and Electra Link standards.
   
• All technicians supervised by on-site foreman.
   
• Service and Maintenance agreements available with a conditional lifetime warranty.
   
• Complete insurance and bonding coverage
   
• All projects are carefully tested to ensure that the system is free of defects and meet project specifications.  At each point of termination, all cable segments are identified and recorded.  To support expansion, reconfiguration, and maintenance, a complete record of system characteristics will be provided after project completion.

Standard Warranty

ELI offers a standard one year limited warranty on all labor and materials.

Lifetime Warranty

ELI will provide a lifetime warranty on labor after project completion if all future adds, moves and changes are performed by ELI personnel.
